So is paleo the real deal? I normally just wing my diet since I am the only one in the family that needs to watch what I eat. I am normally more keto. My wife is wanting to drop some lbs she is currently 5 10 160 and she wants to get down to 135....I say no way 150 is the lowest.
She is wanting to start going paleo and follow it.
She is fit but wants to get toned. She has a few areas she does not like on her body.
