    Skinny's Rad Recomp N'stuff!

Well I was skinny... now Im not... This is a new one for me as I've been trying to gain weight the last 2 years.

Long story short I had to come off my trt... so needless to say what muscle I gained, through dirty sock abuse, had turned to fat because of my lack of a diet and motivation to train. Didn't help that I have had a total test level of 152 for the last 5 months. I cant start TRT or cycles yet but I want to get my diet back in order and get started on cardio. Lifting comes later.

The Doc says I can start trt again in march.

I'm going to be eating mostly Low Glycemic foods after reading an IM article regarding the benefits of it.

    http://www.ironmagazine.com/2014/eig...r-carb-intake/

Unfortunately its starts off bad I already had an energy drink. clearly not low glycemic but it will improve from here. I pinky swear.

    Baby steps. Good luck!

    1/30-

    Energy drink
Roast beef sandwhich-4oz RB, 1 slice cheese, 2 sclices whole wheat bread-
1/2lb chicken, and 1/2 cooked brown rice
.72lb Ribeye steak, broccolini, 100% Wild rice 1/2

Ok so clearly I needed to go to the grocery store so that I can get away from the old habits of bread and brown rice. The last meal was after I went to the store everything there fits what I'm trying to do.

I went to the store and picked up

Apples, Oranges, eggs, plain pumkins seeds, Plain Peanuts, Oats, Whole milk, and brocolini(one of my faves)

I do a lot of day to day shopping cause I love to cook especially for meat. and I have a pitta place right around the corner from my work where i can get Lunches that fit perfectly. Not really a sacrifice I love that place.

Oh and one thing I will not be giving up is beer! at least not until I start using orals with my (march) cycle.

Lagunitas is a micro brewery in Ca. I'm not sure how far their reach is? but they do make some good beers if you can get them. That one is my favorite but they also make "Hairy eyeball" and "little sumptin ale" which are both rad. but they are all IPA's so you have to like flavor.

Micro brews are kind of popular in Ca right now. We have Local breweries all over out here.. and some of them are producing some really good stuff.

Yep there was a lot of good stuff in that thread definitely will be implementing that stuff. At least what I can afford. Organic stuff on the west coast comes at a premium... Even from farmers markets. But Im willing to give it a shot... of course SIL only eats twice a day right.

It should be interesting I've never eaten this clean never really had to.

maybe i should get my colon cleaned

Went to whole foods to get some more supplies for the SIL changes I will be implementing- Bought kerrygold butter, creme fresh, farmers cheese, a couple of grass fed beef rounds, Broccoli and eggs.

I also ordered MCT oil and the coffee for the morning fast. Through that bullet proof company.

    Last meal was

Grassfed beef round chopped sauteed with bell peppers and jalepenos seasoned with kosher salt chili powder red pepper and cumin. Broccolli with olive oil and cracked pepper, steamed sweet potatoes.

I ate the whole plate ...... and per SIL's orders, which I believe are coming from the king Jew Jesus him self, all food was organic.

^^ Made a couple changes to that recipe. I had used less ghee cause that meal is supposed to low fat. and also omitted garlic after being informed that it is extremely good for your body but toxic to your grey matter(brains). And lastly I did not use enough lemon cause I thought I had enough and didn't.
