Well I was skinny... now Im not... This is a new one for me as I've been trying to gain weight the last 2 years.

Long story short I had to come off my trt... so needless to say what muscle I gained, through dirty sock abuse, had turned to fat because of my lack of a diet and motivation to train. Didn't help that I have had a total test level of 152 for the last 5 months. I cant start TRT or cycles yet but I want to get my diet back in order and get started on cardio. Lifting comes later.

The Doc says I can start trt again in march.

I'm going to be eating mostly Low Glycemic foods after reading an IM article regarding the benefits of it.

Unfortunately its starts off bad I already had an energy drink. clearly not low glycemic but it will improve from here. I pinky swear.
