    Copper?

Just got my blood work back and the only thing I'm low on or that does't look right is my copper is pretty low. Anyone ever have this? I'm sure I'm having the issue because of my short gut, so I just need to supplement, but I don't recall seeing Copper supplements anywhere? Ideas Suggestions?

Are you taking zinc daily as it depletes copper from the body, start taking 2mg of copper daily first thing in the morning.

Yup, I do take Zinc I was low on zinc a couple of years ago, so I started the zinc; makes sense if that depletes copper that I would now be low on copper. Thanks for the tip; looks like there's plenty available online.
