So I started a thread asking who was going to get shredded this year. Listening to a BB podcast I started thinking "Well fuck, I left out the guys who may not be competing this year. Maybe they are taking a year off or are in a late late show."
So what are your goals right now and what are you going to do to make them happen?
My goals are to get fucking shredded for my first show and I've outlined my current cycle more than once and talked about hiring a coach. Other than that I'm working my ass off.
