me too. But I pin ED so I gotta do them.
I hate them, I'm not even that big and I have trouble doing it without shaking and jabbing myself everywhere. I usually get a bit of pip from all of that moving around too.
That's the only place I have pinned . I use a full mirror and twist around a bit .. easy with long esters one to two times a week .
I don't even look anymore. I just swab the general area and dart that fucker.
It's all I have ever known except for sub q for mtII and pt141 . I thought everyone started out on glutes . I am chicken to pin anywhere else .
Glutes seem to be the easiest. Maybe ur pining a lil to high. Glutes delts hurt sometimes and now watching that vid I wana try sub q must be painless .5" with a slim try it brotha
I have an easier time with glutes lying down instead of standing. Quads are easiest for me.
Try a little lower then the spot injection guide. High and outside is tighter tissue or I just have more scar tissue there. I shoot mid high outside
I get the least discomfort using glutes
i had a bad injection with glutes and put me out of work for a week so iv been hesitant to go back again. it also happened to my quad so im guessing it was the gear. other than that glutes are easy if you can still reach

I pin my glute occasionally. I also get a lot of pip, and sometimes lumps if I pin glutes frequently. I seem to do best with delts and lats.
did you already hit ventral glute?
i normally sit on the counter in front of the mirror when i pin DG.
quads are my new favorite spot, only because my eq is painless.

I have pinned everything but lats and traps. Glutes, triceps, delts, quads are all regular spots for me, but bicep shots are quick becoming a go to spot. Avoid calf injections at all costs unless you don't need to walk anywhere for a few days.

The easiest place for me, It just takes a little getting used to. Try doing a few trunk twisters before or some kind of stretching 1st.
Glute injections are the best... I do them in the bathroom looking into the mirror so I can see what I'm doing.
I really don't even look when I pin except to check for blood during aspiration.
Glutes are easiest and least chance of pip for me.
If you're trying to pin while you're twisted around it could cause the shaking.

My wife usually pins my glutes. Has not been a problem except when she was on clen....Apparently clen causes PIP

My glutes are my go to spot too. I'd done quads and I did delts before, but glutes is the area I feel the least amount of pain.
