Really depends on diet and where you can get your body to and maintain until it is "normal" for instance I have seen guys who are fat, get into the healthy lifestyle and slowly change their body composition to sit around 8-10%. So it will take time and a good diet, cardio, training and some anabolics and you shouldn't have a problem making 8%ish your normal state.

big true..its easy to have 6% BF for 3 months summer time but after summer time i got tired and start to eas and got some gains fast...when after 2-3 months i got sicks from food and start eat normal..
when i need to come down on 6-8%BF..i need 8-10 weeks and i am ready !
i only add some testo+tren,hgh,diet and cardio..some anavar..sometimes some end days some halotestin for better hard look..
but i am into BB for over 20 long years!
Haha I meant I wish summer was three months long. It's supposed to be -50C with the windchill tomorrow. I'll be doing a cut soon, I better be able to stay lean or I'm just pissing all of this money away.
