Hi guys whats up?
As I said yesterday I pinned my lat from the front side right above the arm pit. I thing something went wrong and everything was fine. But a few hours ago the soreness started but in my shoulder and I today I did chest at the gym so it's not because I strained it.
Some suggestion?
