Not sure if this is the right section but ill post here anyways.
Just want your guys' opinions on where im at. So,
im 18, 164ish pounds
Benchpress is 175lbs
Squat is 225lbs
Deadlift is 315lbs raw
Been training about a year, how am i doing in your opinion. in the gym 6days a week (out now due to broken wrist, back soon lol)

Giving a weight without giving your height makes it useless. Lifts look good esp if the squat is atg.
