Not sure if this is the right section but ill post here anyways.

Just want your guys' opinions on where im at. So,

im 18, 164ish pounds

Benchpress is 175lbs

Squat is 225lbs

Deadlift is 315lbs raw

Been training about a year, how am i doing in your opinion. in the gym 6days a week (out now due to broken wrist, back soon lol)
 
Giving a weight without giving your height makes it useless. Lifts look good esp if the squat is atg.

For sure! Not too too concerned , just curious:)
Try to gain weight so you can increase your lifts. I would eat as much healthy food as I could and do cardio a few days a week. Whether you want fat loss or not its good for your health anyways.

You are at the age where hormones/testosterone is flowing. Eat and lift.
