Been browsing these boards for a while, decided it was time to join up.

Been lifting seriously now for the last 3 1/2 years. Currently in a GVT program, week 6 starts tomorrow.

Was a college and national level Soccer player back in the day and never had to worry about diet, stayed around 6-7%bf w/o trying. Now I can't break 14% so looking for all the help I can get.

Avg around 250g protein/day
200-250g carbs
100g fat

Some days higher, some lower as real life gets in the way from time to time.
