So he says not to make protein 90% of your diet but he doesn't give a recommendation on how much protein you should eat. Any suggestions? Is paleo not really a good body builders diet then? Thanks.
I'm the one who wrote it. Protein requirement is dependent on goals, a bodybuilder will likely want more. I'd say 150g is more than enough for most, but BBers may want more. If you are going to eat more, you need to up the fiber and eat far more veggies.
