in need of some bridging advice
Im currently in the middle of a DMZ 2.0 cycle. I was planning on running a PCT and then jumping right into some Ostarine. But then I started thinking about going DMZ>ostarine>halo. Is it safe to do that? Or do I have to run a PCT after the DMZ? Can that 6-8 weeks of Ostarine be counted as "time off"? Just wondering if thats not enough liver recovery time.

Yes, you can do that, but you'll need a well put PCT after the Halo, because you'll be quite shut down. Osta isn't considered OFF because it is still suppressive, but is very mild in terms of sides. I wouldn't worry so much about your liver as much as blood pressure and heart rate.
Here's what I would recommend if you want to go the Bridge route.
CYCLE
Weeks 1 - 20
Advanced Cycle Support
3 caps prior to bed
Weeks 1 - 4
SDMZ
2 caps upon waking
Weeks 4 - 11
Osta
3 caps prior to bed
Weeks 9 - 14
Halo Extreme
3 caps upon waking
Epi-Andro
3 caps upon waking
PCT
Weeks 15 - 18
Nolvadex http://hardcorepeptides.com/tamoxifen-citrate-30ml
1mL (20mg) prior to bed
Weeks 18 - 20
E-Control
3 caps prior to bed

Perfect, exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for taking the time to lay that out for me! I got plenty of clomiphene and anabolic matrix here so I just need the osta and halo. Is the epi andro along the same lines as 4 andro? I have a bottle of 4 andro that I havent used yet

No, Epi Andro is much more effective with the same kind of mildness in terms of sides. It doesn't aromatize, it produces lean dry dense vascular gains in muscle mass, it's great for strength, and can also be used for fat loss - quite effectively I might add. Also, it covers 4-Andro's two main functions as well.. it's great for preventing lethargy and keeping the libido boosted high. It's in every way better than 4-Andro and will likely completely replace it. I recommend Epi Andro to help improve the efficiency of any stack or cycle.

I will have to buy a bottle of that. I like the fact that it aids in fat loss, sounds great! Thanks alot man!

For the Cycle listed above,
This is what is required
IronMagLabs
4x Advanced Cycle Support
1x SDMZ
2x Osta
2x Halo
2x Epi Andro
1x E-Control
Hardcore Peptides
1x Nolva
There's discounts for both in my signature if needed.

I ordered my ostarine from Blue Sky because I wanted to research their liquid. My wife will be running a log on the Osta though for heavyiron, so that will be pretty cool to see how our experience varies! Thanks again brother
