    Incorporating refeeds

    How long after starting a cut would you guys look to start refeeding?

    How frequent would you also refeed. Once every 10 days, once a week?

    How do you guys plan your refeed strategies?

    I wait 2 full weeks of hard dieting then once per week and its always post workout of a lagging muscle group
