    Skinnys Transformation for Ta ta's

    30yrs
    5'11"
    191
    20%+ Bf-Haven't done a test in a bout 10 years. Im not big into my bf percentage I just want to get back where I was last year 4 abs and my little tire.

    This Log is for the 2014 transformation contest. As you can see I need alooot of transforming. My goals will be to be ready for swim season again. I have a pool and host bbq's during the summer. Not only that but I am getting my cardio and legs ready for a good back packing season and mt bike season.

    LOL prolly why your shredded and im not... Pullin two a days.

    Im lucky to sneak away for 2 hrs during lunch(1hr lifting, 30 mins cardio, 30 mins eating) otherwise with 2 kids and having my job I would not be able to lift. I already get up at 5 and my wife does not want me gone at night. but 1.5 hours 5 days a week is better than most.

    Npp 600mg
    Var 70-75mg ed weeks 1-2 and again the last 4 weeks.

    Pretty simple. But I should see some proper gains being that I have been off for 8+ mos.

    Squats
    Leg extensions
    Leg Curl

    Pumped arms just to see how the var is. light curls sets of 30 and light tri extensions sets of 30.

    In case some saw this and said what a joke of a leg day. I am very limited in what I can do. I have an ankle that is going to be fused in a couple years and major hardware in my hip(almost had to have a hip replacement). So I have to do squats with plates under my heels. Also, most leg presses and machines I have to use in a modified capacity and yes I look quite stupid.

    Don't trip, more people in this generation skip legs than do legs. Or they only hit them once a month and claim they hit legs weekly. No ones gonna bash shit. Were I'm from, it looks like no one owns a full length mirror but a few of us. I'd say maybe 10% of men hit legs in my area. Their girls squat more than they do. No joke.

    Chest and tris
    Over head tri push
    Bench press machine
    Tri extensions rope
    Tri extensions ez bar
    incline bench flys
    Different bench machine
    Over head tricep extension- till failure
    cable flys

    25 min on bike 11 miles. Today felt good. I think my face went numb last week because of my pre-work out. Any way I cut that out and felt much better. I was also able to bump up the difficulty on the bike.
