    theCaptn's AMA transformation 2014

    Right! My cut needs motivation so the AMA transformation challenge is perfect timing for me

    Some basic stats:
    Age: 40
    Height: 6'1 (lost an inch)
    Weight: 235lb
    BF: guessing 13-14%

    In heading to 10% or below, that the goal. I'm currently running 0.8ml cut mix ED (test-tren-mast) with 100mg proviron.

    Diet is high fat, mod protein, ultra low carb with a few refeed a week. Not strictly keto but close enough.

    Here's yesterday's meals:

    5.30 apple cider vinegar with warm water

    6.00 coffee + mct + grassfed butter + cinnamon

    13.00 300g grassfed beef with 3 tbsp coconut oil and green vege. Whole avocado with sauerkraut, EVOO, turmeric.

    16.00 50g of fatty biltong

    19.00 repeat of 13.00 meal. Also take 3000mg of fish oil and digestive enzymes with each meal.

    If I've trained weights I'll drop the avocado with the evening meal and add sweet potato.

    We got a lot of South Africans over here.

    I eat mainly grassfed beef, lamb, wild salmon. Not much chicken, occasional pork but even free range chicken and pork are fed grains.

    I should eat roo, it's so healthy I just can't stomach it. Even the smell of it cooking makes me nauseous

    I marinate roo in apple cider vinegar/water/evoo mixed with garlic, black pepper, red pepper and about a tablespoon of dijon mustard. I grill it outside.

    Legs this morning, doing a little rehab on a hamstring so focus is on quads.

    Warm up with a few rounds of bw walking lunges around the gym ... Followed by some high repping squats..... Narrow stance knees fwd for 30 rep sets from 220 to 265lbs... Jesus these were burning. Did some light DLs for reps as well, more of a fwd leaning stance... Finished off with 2x 50 rep extensions and 20min cardio.

    Got training again tonight, followed by a carb load. Will run a detox Thu and hopefully training again Fri night

    So I got to the gym tonight, it's going to be a few days between sessions so I hit pecs, delts and lats until I was spent. Cocktail of gears is def starting to kick in, getting that grainy tren look


    Chowing down to a big bowl of mashed sweet potato with a little coconut oil and sauerkraut before bed.
