Legs this morning, doing a little rehab on a hamstring so focus is on quads.
Warm up with a few rounds of bw walking lunges around the gym ... Followed by some high repping squats..... Narrow stance knees fwd for 30 rep sets from 220 to 265lbs... Jesus these were burning. Did some light DLs for reps as well, more of a fwd leaning stance... Finished off with 2x 50 rep extensions and 20min cardio.
Got training again tonight, followed by a carb load. Will run a detox Thu and hopefully training again Fri night
