    Lgf lr3/mt2 log






    Im going to give this a try im currently taking nothing and have taken nothing for a long time. Im 225 about 12% bf. I will doc my experience with the 2 products. mainly intrested in igf for lean gain and joint relief. planning on running 50 mcg/day for 20 days once day 15 comes and I fell positive about it I will extend another 20 days.

    What you are considering for the Lr3 seems fine. You may wish to have a blood glucose meter handy and keep carbs on hand because some say their test subjects get a little hypoglycemic during the study. Just in case.

    Okay I recieved today and started research
    I reconstituted with 2cc normal saline.
    10 IU was dosed (50mcg)

    Just for refrence my
    waist was 36"
    arms 18"
    and I have a nagging right trap pain (this I hope is relived most of all)

    Im doing zero carbs m-f so ill know pretty quick if it drops my BS. Ill keep a gatorade wihin reach. sat and sunday just eat whatever
    abs are visibl but not defined.

    Lets see how this goes

    ill run mt2 after igf. I know it wont effect it but I want to just have it be my only change in routine.
    btw I do 1hr of cardio every morning
    and lift in evenings

    day 3

    no signficant change yet, but none expected this early

    waist down 1" but lost water from sunday binge eat
    220 lbs
    arms 18

    I guess the past 2 nights I have had crazy dreams not sure if its just coincidence
    right trap pain still around
    no hypo yet even with zero carbs
