    Ama transformation log jadean

    What up guys, going to start cutting for the summer anyway so I decided to enter for some added motivation. Currently sitting at 312lbs 6'8" bf sky high :-). I dropped my cals last week in preparation and will drop them by 250 every week to hopefully see some abbs again. Blast will be simple, just test at 375 and eq at 500 a week indefinitely. Couple pics from today.

    Thanks cap, hope you have fun with your goodies.
    Hit chest and back yesterday, feels great getting the blood flow into the opposing muscles. Incline bench, weighted dips, incline dumbbell and pushups had my chest cramping up all night. Pendlay rows, chinups, trap bar rows followed by trap bar farmers walks had my lats and traps on fire. Had an amazing dinner followed by a couple hours of walking for a charity event. Good start

    Extra leg day on Sunday since I was off. Heavy hack squats followed by lunges and 15 minutes on the treadmill. Feels good to run again. Been a while. May have had a few beers watching game of thrones last night :-)

    Some extra quad work followed by some heavy bag work and cardio. Just stocked up on chicken, lean ground beef and sardines. Abs already feel tighter.

    Had to combine chest and back today, picked up a bunch of overtime so the weekend will just be some cardio. Lots of incline work followed by loaded dips. Trap bar rows, chin ups and heavy farmers walks had my traps bumping.

    2big shakes a day, right around 100grams. I love throwing different ingredients into the blender, im always experimenting. Sometimes it will get poured down the drain lol

    Never got past 313 but I was happy with that. Currently cutting down to 285 for the summer. So far so good, veins in my quads and arms.are sick right now.
