I've been wanting to try out this product for a while and now I'm getting to. Heavy sent me a bottle and I received it today(Thank you), I've already taken 2 caps and plan on hitting the gym within the next hour.
I haven't been on any gear since early October, and don't plan on going back on anytime soon. My goals for osta-rx are gain some strength, especially my bench numbers and adding as much lean mass as possible.
My squat and deadlift are in the 400s while my bench is still in the mid 200s. I'd like to be repping 225x20 or so by the end of this.
I plan on getting some bloodwork this week to see where my levels are at. I haven't checked since being off any gear but I'm pretty sure they're back around where I was before. In the 400s, fucking natty levels son....
10-15% BF estimated, some days I feel shredded/full and other days I feel flat as nicole richies ass.
My diet is usually pretty clean, but I do eat out for lunch and sometimes it's not always so good. I try to get around 250g protein/day and most days I keep carbs somewhat low, until after training on training days. Nontraining days I keep them low.
I will try to update as much as possible, hoping for some raging hardons as well <3
Hit chest today repped 245 pretty easily and my diet has been good. Had more carbs today than usual, but I've also been very active today so felt like I could use the extra. The pump was great, really tight and full in the chest and I didnt want to stop lifting.
noticed my body heat is up, like Im sweating much easier than normal.
libido is definitely up, nice surprise.

I didn't wake up with an hour long erection yesterday morning but I have been hitting the gym really hard lately so I might just be drained.
So far I'm having really good results with it, gym intensity/focus is awesome and my muscles are getting fuller. I'm also up from 210 to 215, but I fluctuate a lot.
Shoulder workout last night, got 85's x10 then x8 I'm hoping to be able to get 100s for reps by the end of this.
DB Press - 5 sets, superset last with 45x15
seated lat raises - 6 sets, 3 strict 3 heavy and swinging.
upright rows - 4 sets
cable cross pulls?(not sure what they're called) - 4 sets
standing lat raises - 45's down to 20s without stopping between sets, 8-12 reps
db shrugs - 4 sets
bb shrugs - 3 sets
ab machine superset with leg raises around 6 to 7 sets
Havent updated in a couple days, I got a nasty stomach bug and was shitting my guts out/puking at the same time. Lost every drop of water in me lol.
But been doing better the past couple of days, refed myself and feel like tomorrow I'll be back where I should be. Did chest yesterday and back today, chest I felt week but today hitting back felt awesome. It will be nice to get back on track after this weekends episode.
I feel like Im back on track after the sickness. Had an arm workout today, and shoulders yesterday. Pump today was the best its been yet, strength is steadily increasing even though my diet hasnt changed. Once I get going I notice more aggression which is good! Makes me want to go heavier.
