Good legs,practice posing,what weight are you trying to get to?
Thanks brotha, yeah iv been practicing my posing every day trying to get better! very first comp so well see how it goes, well i started my cutting cycle at 195lbs im currently 188.9 so i'm trying to get down to about 180? 185 for light heavyweight class but cardio is my worst enemy

agree^^^100%..OP you can make MW easy and need to if your gonna compete in the open class....your gonna be right around the mid 170's to bring solid conditioning....you look good for 9 weeks but have a ways to go...quads are plenty big so some time on the stepper or treadmill will serve you well..those quads aren't gonna disappear...
