    Test E/Deca/Dbol/ winny






    Hi guys how's it going?
    I'm thinking about this cycle to clean bulk after my cutting cycle.

    Week 1-12 test E 750w
    Week 1-10 deca 400w
    Week 1-4 dbol 50ed
    Week 5-12 winny 50ed
    Week 1-12 arimidex/Aromasin ???

    PCT
    Nolva 40/40/20/20
    Clomid 100/100/50/50


    Status:
    Age 24
    W 160lb
    BF arround 12%

    Been on gear for almost 2 years with the pcts included.

    What so u guys thing about it?
    Please leave me some advice.

    Have you run all these compounds before? Out of curiosity, I have to ask- If you have been on gear for two years, how are you only 160lb?
    Is this your first big cycle?
    Any certain goals?
    At first glance I'd say have caber or prami on hand in case you have problems with prolactin, and a good liver support supp. I personally would run the test lower, but that's just my preference.

    This is actually my fourth cycle the frist one was only dbol but it dosent count because It was the beginning.then I did
    testE/500w/10weeks
    40mged/first4weeks.
    Staring at 2800kcal and ended up at5000
    the last one was
    testE/600w/12weeks
    Anavar/60edfirst4weeks
    80edlast4weeks
    Clen 2 weeks off/2weeks on
    T3 for the last6weeks
    Started at 2800 and ended up at 1700 with 40min ed of cardio

    I know I'm not that big but as I said I'm just at the beginning.

    I think you should focus on bulking. You keep doing this bulk/cut/bulk/cut/bulk/cut. This aint the IFBB. It ain't working. And honestly I think you are getting fake gear cause you should be gaining weight on those test doses which are WAY to much to begin with. Test is to high. Anavar was to low. Dbol is to high. A little test. A little dbol. A moderate dose of deca scratch the winny. And fucking eat. Why don't you run low dbol with low anadrol? They are supposed to be awesome together at low doses. Run EQ. It will help you eat. You don't need anymore than 400mg/week test. Honestly if I were you I would run a long ass cycle of Test/EQ/proviron with a dbol/adrol kicker. And EAT!


    Test E 1-14 400mg/week
    EQ 1-14 800mg/week or Deca at 500mg/week
    dbol 1-4 and 11-14 20mg/ed
    adrol 1-4 and 11-14 20mg/ed

    proviron 50mg/ed
    arimidex .25mg/e3d

    Frist off Thank for u're help bro.
    I'm definitely focus on bulk now. After my last cycle that was a cut cycle.and I'm pleasing to do 3 clean bulk cycle to cut again at the end of those cycles.
    About what I eat, I'll start the diet at 3000 kcal and I'll make my way up with 500kcal each week depending on how much lb I gain.
    The diet'll be like this.
    fat=20% of 3000(or whatever amount I'll be at) divided 9 to get the grams
    Pro=1.5x my weight
    Car=3000kcal - (fat kcal+pro kcal)
    Divided 4 to get the grams
    Now here's my question.
    Would it be enough 400mg of test after I've been with those doses?
    Wouldn't it be so low?

    I'd leave the Winny out during this run. No need for it, keep an eye on your cardio and diet while "lean bulking" and should should avoid the fluff.

    I would not do any cardio at all. What's the point of clean bulking(if there is such a thing) if you are doing cardio? Another thing how is your lifting routine? I would start a 4-6 week heavy lifting regimen of like....5 sets of 5 on everything, mix it up one day with 8 sets of 3. Have you ever carb cycled? It works. I don't know how you respond to gear it sounds like you have a hell of a metabolism. Upping the gear isn't gonna be the answer if you don't eat right or lift right you know. 400-500mg test should be plenty with a solid 600mg of deca. Make sure your gear is gtg. Start eating in the middle of the night too. Or at least have a protein drink in the fridge you can hit. Here is a quote from a solid article. OH and if you have the money you can do like 150mg anavar a day with strength gains similar to dbol with the fat burning effect. That might be an option for lean gains. Do an ecay stack after your cycle to lean out.

    Aerobic exercise has a detrimental effect on mass building. Aerobics interfere with strength gains and recovery while burning up valuable glycogen and branched chain amino acids (BCAA). Adding mass is the best way to upgrade your resting metabolic rate (RMR); if the RMR is elevated, more calories are burned and it is easier to stay lean.

    And how long would u run the anavar for? First and last 4 weeks? Or just for the first 4weeks?

    Or do the dbol/adrol kicker for like 2-3 weeks take a few weeks break maybe 3 then hit the anavar for the rest of the cycle. Maybe start off around 100mg and bump it up per week. Anavar still stresses the liver as well. Winstrol is 5x as toxic as anavar though bro. Plus winstrol kills the joints. And take your liv52 and milk thistle throughout if you go heavy on the orals.
