    Question Losing hair (women)?

Here is a question for a female friend of mine. She has noticed more hair in her brush lately and she is not sure if this is stress, dietary change, or what.

She is curious if there is something she can do about this wether supplementary or dietary, or if she should switch to a lower PH shampoo?

Other than stress related I really dont know what to tell her.

Probably not getting enough of the right nutrients. Biotin is a wonderful supplement that helps hair. Women's Ultra Mega vitamin as well. One hell of a 1-2 combo.

This has worked well with my wife.

    Hope this helps.

Fast, slow, or either one? It is somewhat only recent and I'm pretty sure its tied to stress that she is under right now.

I have heard reports from other boards that women (and men) undergoing rapid fat loss and radically different protein intake can lose hair. I think most were of the opinion that it was temporary.
