My workouts look like this -
Mon - Push Hypertrophy (Chest, delts, tri in 8-12 rep range) + Cardio
Tues - Pull Power (Back & Bis, Deadlifts in the 3-5 range, everything else in 6-8 rep range) + Cardio
Weds - Cardio
Thurs - Push Power (BB Bench 3-5 rep range, everything else is in the 6-8 range) + Cardio
Friday - Pull Hypertrophy (everything in the 8-12 rep range) + Cardio
Saturday - Legs + Cardio
Sunday - OFF
Cardio is 3 sessions of HIIT & 3 sessions of MISS
I am currently cutting. Running tren to see if it can recomp me while I drop BF.
I am on 250mg Test/w, 600mg EQ/w, AA's Tren Ace 100mg EOD (350-400mg/w) & AA's Var @ 80mg ED (been on it for 6-7 weeks, have about 1.5 left on it).
I just recently bumped up the Var dosage last week, was previously running it at 40mg.
Today's Push Workout was on point, really killed it today.
I'll post updates on my workouts & how the tren affects me (positives/negatives).

Yeah man my weight drops anywhere between .25-.5 a week but my waist drops like a quarter inch a week as if I had lost more. I def should be recomping. I think I about a month or month and half I'll be a lot leaner where I'll drop some before and after pics. I'll be running tren for the whole summer if the sides don't get bad.
Small update - I killed my Pull Power workout. Lifts are gradually increasing each week.
Today was my last day of anavar, I ran it for like 8-10 weeks. So now its just Test, EQ & Tren that I'll be running.
This week is my 4th week on AA's Tren A @ 100mg EOD. I know its def working because I am a lot more irritable than I was before I started the tren lol and also sleeping at night? Forget about it. lol BUT on the bright side those are the only sides I've gotten. No night sweats, increased acne or hairloss.
