    Currently Im running it at 100mg EOD. Been on it for 2 weeks now. I was posting updates in another thread but figured I'd create a new thread, so I'll post updates of my tren run here.

    Still would like to hear from other folks that have run it and their experience on it

    My workouts look like this -
    Mon - Push Hypertrophy (Chest, delts, tri in 8-12 rep range) + Cardio
    Tues - Pull Power (Back & Bis, Deadlifts in the 3-5 range, everything else in 6-8 rep range) + Cardio
    Weds - Cardio
    Thurs - Push Power (BB Bench 3-5 rep range, everything else is in the 6-8 range) + Cardio
    Friday - Pull Hypertrophy (everything in the 8-12 rep range) + Cardio
    Saturday - Legs + Cardio
    Sunday - OFF

    Cardio is 3 sessions of HIIT & 3 sessions of MISS

    I am currently cutting. Running tren to see if it can recomp me while I drop BF.

    I am on 250mg Test/w, 600mg EQ/w, AA's Tren Ace 100mg EOD (350-400mg/w) & AA's Var @ 80mg ED (been on it for 6-7 weeks, have about 1.5 left on it).

    I just recently bumped up the Var dosage last week, was previously running it at 40mg.

    Today's Push Workout was on point, really killed it today.

    I'll post updates on my workouts & how the tren affects me (positives/negatives).

    I'll post pics at the end of my tren run. I already have before pics from when i started the tren 2 weeks ago.

    I def will have pictures up soon, I take pictures every week. I have some from when I first started the cycle. I'll post the before and after once I feel my conditioning is spot on.


    Also killed my workout today lifts went up. Tmrw I have a heavy pullday.

    Yeah man my weight drops anywhere between .25-.5 a week but my waist drops like a quarter inch a week as if I had lost more. I def should be recomping. I think I about a month or month and half I'll be a lot leaner where I'll drop some before and after pics. I'll be running tren for the whole summer if the sides don't get bad.

    Small update - I killed my Pull Power workout. Lifts are gradually increasing each week.

    Today was my last day of anavar, I ran it for like 8-10 weeks. So now its just Test, EQ & Tren that I'll be running.

    This week is my 4th week on AA's Tren A @ 100mg EOD. I know its def working because I am a lot more irritable than I was before I started the tren lol and also sleeping at night? Forget about it. lol BUT on the bright side those are the only sides I've gotten. No night sweats, increased acne or hairloss.

    Killed my push power workout. Everything felt lighter today lol bumping my the weights for next week's push power workout. I think the tren-a's magic is about to start taking full effect

    Everything is going smooth with my tren run, killed my pull power workout today. Pumps are getting ridiculous lol and definitely getting more vascular.

    My current cals/macros 2550cals - 50f 225c 300p.

    Crushed my push power workout. Hit a new weight for my BB flat and DB incline presses. Strength is just steadily going up, I think its def safe to say that tren is fully taking effect.

    Tomorrow I have my pull hypertrophy workout then saturday we hit them squats!

    I'll def be posting pics in about a month or two. Really want the before and after pic to show a BIG difference lol
