Reps were kept between 20-30 for most sets, with exception of a few sets where I ran out of gas.

I've thought about throwing in some peptides but ghrp would probably increase my appetite and that wouldn't work with the low calorie, low carb diet I'm following.

Pinned 1cc sust and 1cc mast in right lat yesterday. Smooth but I hate pinning lats, can barely reach.

Chest and Tris

Incline bench press 4 sets
Cable flies 4 sets
One arm cable pushdowns superset with reverse grip 4 sets
Db incline press 3 sets
Bb skull crushers 4 sets

Weight felt very heavy, concentrated on the pump and form can careless about weight right now. I was pumped like a damn beast!

Leg extensions superset with leg curls 4 sets
Walking lunges 4 sets
Db curls 4 sets
Seated calf raises 4 sets
Preacher alternating db curls 4 sets
Leg press 3 sets
Cardio 15 mins

Had literally almost no carbs before workout, I was beat but was able to get 55lb db for one clean rep on curls lol biceps stay pumped.

The Masteron is kicking in? You noticing some leaning out? You notice masteron taking effect and you will notice you drop some water almost immediately.
 
I look harder and ever since I started it seems like I may have gained some muscle while losing fat since weight has been in limbo but I'm looking leaner. Still fat though lol

Seated cable rows close grip 4 sets
Deadlifts 5 sets
Various pullups 4 sets

Back to doing my usual basics, low to med rep ranges heavier weight with dropsets. Light weight high reps got boring, I find myself going back to my core routine that always works for me. Doing thia is good since when I come back to my routine I see gains immediately.

You aren't fat its nothing you can't lose with diet and a little cardio. If your already looking harder and noticing yourself losing water weight, well then you are correct. The masteron must be kicking in, have a good time, you are going to notice stronger lifts and better endurance along with some strict pumps. Masteron is a very strong steroid.

Damn bro there's no way I could survive or have the disaplin to eat that low of calories. Don't forget that ur body needs food. You don't need to starve yourself to loose weight. Eat healthy, loose healthy!!
