So If I have 2.57 lbs of chicken breast that should be 296.6 grams of protein? with 104.9 grams per pound? Trying to dial in my intake a bit more instead of winging it.

I just plug the weight or volume, and type of food into sparkpeople.com and it figures everything out for me. Usually real close, need to dial in some food in the database though.
