    Female first time using clen

    I am wanting to get Clen for the first time. I do CrossFit everyday and am seeing results. I just can't get rid of some stomach, & problem area fat. I eat perfect and clean.. What are the recommended dosages for it. I have done tons of research on it and there are a lot of different dosages. I am a 6ft 1inch female and weigh 175. Any recommendations? Thank you for helping.

    I would start at 40 mcg and work up in small increments. Too much clen can cause a bad headache.

    you live a stressful life?

    I was just reading about cortisol and fat retention in the abdominal area.

    everything else being equal it can take a while to get rid of stubborn fat.

    totally agree , even 20-30mg to start. 40-60 is likely a good area for you but take it slow.
    Also research into adding Keto with it. its much more effective.

    my girl went
    day 1, 20mcg
    day 2, 30mcg
    day 3, 40mcg
    day 4, 50mcg
    day 5, 60mcg and thats were she stays at now.
    if you do crossfit clen is gonna make that really un fun lol
    having abs because you are skinny is like a women having tits because she's fat
