My squat and DL are semi respectable but I really need to work on my bench. I'm only hitting 225 for a single. Just can't seem to bounce back after my last rotator cuff injury. Probably more of a mental roadblock but we'll see.
Unfortunately my powerlifting days are over. Best lifts: natty raw bench was 440pds at 225 pd age 23, best squat 600pds was last year not natty (lol) at 255-260pds at 34 years old, best Deadlift was also last year at around the same time and body weight and got 545pds. I was shooting for 600pds on deads but have battled back issues for a few years now. I am flattered you would consider me though brother.
Warm Up - Box Jumps to the highest box in the gym. Maybe 36"?
Rack Pulls - Ramp up to 505lbs for a single. Drop back to 405 for a few sets of triples. Pulling from the first pin, plates about 6" off the ground. This is where I've been stalling.
Pin Squats/Dead Squats - 10 singles
Leg Curls - 3x10

I try to shoot on an angle when ever possible. I can get more of the bar in there showing the weights and the view is more favorable. Shows more depth to the shot. I've set mine up on other machines or benches with weights stacked up.
