You got a certain poundage you are shooting for WB?

I'd like to get 600. I've pulled 565 a few times in the past and 585 once.

Been slacking on my training and diet tho and have lost a lot of strength.

It's only a 6 week competition, so if I can bounce back to 535-545 I'll be happy.

Yeah. Just getting rolling with it.

My squat and DL are semi respectable but I really need to work on my bench. I'm only hitting 225 for a single. Just can't seem to bounce back after my last rotator cuff injury. Probably more of a mental roadblock but we'll see.

Unfortunately my powerlifting days are over. Best lifts: natty raw bench was 440pds at 225 pd age 23, best squat 600pds was last year not natty (lol) at 255-260pds at 34 years old, best Deadlift was also last year at around the same time and body weight and got 545pds. I was shooting for 600pds on deads but have battled back issues for a few years now. I am flattered you would consider me though brother.:winkfinger:
 
Slow on yesterday's update. Gym was packed so I did what I could and called it a day.

ME Upper Body

BB Bench - Warm Up, Heavy double
DB Bench
DB Incline
EZ Bar Curls
Tricep Press Downs
Preacher Curls

Weighed in at 238.5 so I'm moving back in the right direction.

I started bouncing again for some extra $$$ while I'm between jobs. This is definitely throwing my schedule off. I'll have to adjust things until they fit.

DE Legs

Warm up - Box Jumps
Sumo Deadlift - 6x1
Box Squats - 6x2
Hyper Extensions 3x15
Leg Extensions 3x15
Weighted Abs 3x10
Kettle bell Side Bends 3x10

Since today was "Dynamic Effort" the weights were lower and I focused on speed.

Life is still kicking me in the teeth and messing up my schedule but I'm doing what I can.

DE Upper Body

Speed Bench 6x3
Seated Mil Press 2x12
Chins - 5 sets to failure
Dips - 3 sets to failure
Superset: 2x20 External DB rotations/DB Curls/DB Shrugs

I'll get some vids up later this week on my ME days.

ME Lower Body

Warm Up - Box Jumps to the highest box in the gym. Maybe 36"?
Rack Pulls - Ramp up to 505lbs for a single. Drop back to 405 for a few sets of triples. Pulling from the first pin, plates about 6" off the ground. This is where I've been stalling.
Pin Squats/Dead Squats - 10 singles
Leg Curls - 3x10
Weighted Crunches

Now who wants to tell me how to upload a video from an iphone?

WB, I don't think you can upload a vid directly from the iPhone. The file system Apple uses doesn't allow for direct uploads of pics or vids.

I like that workout. I'd love to do the box jumps but my knee won't allow anything close to resembling impact movements.
 
It's a program that was wrote up for me by a member on ASF. I've had to make some adjustments due to lack of equipment but it's doing pretty good so far.

I doubt I'll ever compete in powerlifting, but it's nice knowing you've got it under the hood :)

I try to shoot on an angle when ever possible. I can get more of the bar in there showing the weights and the view is more favorable. Shows more depth to the shot. I've set mine up on other machines or benches with weights stacked up.
