    mines divided pretty much into thirds at the moment...equal everything

    Tony the tiger....GRRRREAT...I loved that cereal...
    Diet is still my weakest area but am working on it, but I always try to keep my protein at 1.5g per pound of body weight so about 342g.
    Supps I take year around:
    1.Fish oil 2-3g
    2.Coq10
    3.Taurine
    4.MSM
    5.Powdered vitamins (faster acting)
    6.Hawthorn Berry

    then whatever the fuck else i feel like eating

    Fast carbs post training or on a load is standard. Pop Tarts or sugary cereal is pretty common. However these guys probably eat this stuff all the time =)

    I have not yet been able to get I'm under100 g of carb any sizeable time

    probably 25 percent carb 25 percent fat 50 protein and getting realistically 3000 cals consistently. 4500 is a with effort and probably bumps my carb percent 10 up

    300g day Cal: 2638 Fats: 47 Carbs: 282 Protein: 259
    200g day Cal:2534 Fat: 66 Carbs: 196 Protein: 272
    100g day Cal: 2433 Fat: 99 Carbs: 106 Protein: 265
    50g day Cal: 2146 Fat: 88 Carbs: 51 Protein: 279
    No Carb Day Cal: 2163 Fat: 90 Carbs: 17 Protein: 310

    this is all lean meat and complex carbs. Only sups I take are baccs and createan

    when dieting i like 1.25g protein per lb....45 or .50g per lb of fats and the rest carbs normally when not carb cycling..right noee the last few days i have tried no fats except trace fats..but my energy levels haves sucked...so i;m gonna switch back..
