Diet is still my weakest area but am working on it, but I always try to keep my protein at 1.5g per pound of body weight so about 342g.
Supps I take year around:
1.Fish oil 2-3g
5.Powdered vitamins (faster acting)
When ON things change a little....
when dieting i like 1.25g protein per lb....45 or .50g per lb of fats and the rest carbs normally when not carb cycling..right noee the last few days i have tried no fats except trace fats..but my energy levels haves sucked...so i;m gonna switch back..
