    lets see what terrible ideas you guys have...

    for a chick cycle

    Im looking to add quality muscle

    I have at my disposal
    var, winny, tbol, primo e, test prop, tne, npp, clen, albuterol, some massive ephedrine tabs that im actually afraid to try... all in cycle amounts with varying experience with each and not afraid to use any of them except maybe the massive ephedrines..that sounds silly doesn't it...

    so what should i play with next?

    my gym time has been terrible with working two jobs but thats over now...Im getting over mono and now apparently the fucking flu?? and I've lost a lot of muscle.
    my diet is good but not perfect right now but thats easy to remedy..little tough to get on point this week because of an out of town traning thing i gotta do but will be a piece of cake next week and there after.

    so what terrible ideas do you guys have for a chick cycle?

    I'm a little more smooshy than that pic right now..but honestly only about two weeks of good eating away from that.

    I would do something pretty low dose. Var or winny at 10-15 mg daily are usually really good for gals not looking for a bunch of bloat.

    However, if you want to go next level then its prop at 10 mg EOD + winny at 10 mg daily.

    btw, I got some of those big Ephedrine tabs and they ended up in my trash can. I hate that shit. Strong coffee for me.

    I love NPP for adding mass while bulking.
    This is for cutting, no?
    If for cutting I'd use Tbol, ephedrine and maybe a small dose of TNE on work out days.

    Will you log this? I'm starting a cycle soon, Tbol, t3, and maybe a dash of NPP.

    my back is pathetic...though I've never really got it very cut either

    I have to finish ironing out my week then yeah...I intend on firing up the log.
    little issue with some thief's from brazil jamming up my checking account pretty bad via theft of my cc number but this weekend I should be gtg to get the correct diet fewds to make this happen!

    Well you know what I've found over the years, when I try to do too many things at once I end up spinning the wheels. If you want to gain mass in the booty focus on that area in the gym and eat to build. In the process you're also going to gain everywhere else (I know you know this), it's inevitable. Any gains are good gains IMO and the fat always comes off easier than the muscle goes on.
    For us women cutting fat and building at the same time just isn't very practical. Yes it's possible on gearz but to get the most out of your cycle it's probably best to pick something to strive for and go balls to the wall.

    I've found doing 2 maybe 3 (on gear) lower body days per week is what makes me grow the best. I do squats and DL, but glute iso lifts where I can get a good squeeze has transformed my booty like no other

    yeah see my biggest issue is avoiding hams and quads...I know that sounds insane but I'm like quad-fuckin-zilla
    its like my ass just doesn't fire...its something I've been doing a ton of pt type stuff for at home lately trying to figure out
    and I hear ya on the recomp front-wheels spinning -what-not


    I think I have to just deal with the fact that in order to have a booty I gotta just have monstrous legs *sigh*

    We all have our strengths and weakness's. Maybe yours is glutes. I am genetically destined to have a pancake, so I do LOTS of glute accessory work. Glute bridges and hip thrusts (make sure you're pushing through your heels, I lift toes off the ground), SLDL, RDL, and goblet squats (super heavy, I'm talking 100lb DB's) have been booty savers. But you need to master these with light weight before you try to go balls to the wall heavy. Learn to activate the glutes. The book Strong Curves has a ton of good info in it. Def worth a read.

    knees out, toes out squats will help with your ass dilemma some but having the tiny ass syndrome is mostly genetics.
    I recommend 25mgs a day of var and SFW 4 days a week, cardio 3 days a week
