Lab Corp HGH serum reference range changed

Lab Corp recently changed the HGH serum reference range for males from 0.0-2.97ng/mL to 0.0-10.0ng/mL, with the old reference range we used to look for anything over 15ng/mL, what should we be looking for now as a minimum to say its ok vs. under dosed vs. fake? Thanks Riles

"Reference range values are for apparently healthy people and often overlap significantly with values for those who are sick. Actual values may vary significantly due to differences in assay methodologies and standardization. Institutions may also set up their own reference ranges based on the particular populations that they serve, thus regional differences may occur. Consequently, values report- ed by individual laboratories may differ from those listed in this appendix."

About ranges. Is anyone else thinking what I am thinking? Maybe all of our testing has caused Labcorp to set a new standard?

more than likely LabCorp is using a new way to assay the levels. and based on these new chemical method of testing that would be the normal. Really no different. If the accepted value for humans had changed all the labs would be adjusting, just as normal cholesterol levels changed for all labs, when the accepted levels changed.
