    How to warm up before exercising in the morning...

    I want to know what is the best way to warm up before exercising in the morning... Please suggest some cardio routines..

    ive been hearingg streching first thing is bad that you wikkl get more microtears in your muscle. what do you guys belive the truthis to that??

    Stretching before the workout will lower overall power/strength. So if being strong is what your after then its a no no, after yes but not before.


    give us a area, direction or zone of what your trying to do.... People want to help but you gotta point us in a direction.
