Carpal Tunnel Symptoms?

Been getting carpal tunnel like symptoms in my hands recently. Pain, numbness, tingling, especially at night. I'm a noob to GH, just started using some over the last couple months, not big doses or anything, 2.5-5iu post workout. I heard that might cause it. You guys ever experience anything like that? It's not hindering anything, I just wondering where it came from and why?
