    You all have a good product. I figured I would post some meet pulls while using your gear to show results not just type them. I feel that people often bitch and complain about a company.....but never show or say great things when all is well.

    Strong lift, my max is 525, my personal goal is 660 @ 220lbs. Do you think it can be achieved in 1 year?
    May I ask what was your road to 700lbs deadlift?

    Any personal goal is achievable as long as your training diet and recovery is on point. I started off putting time frames on my PR's and seemed to get discouraged if I didn't hit the PR I had set. I stick to my training and give my all in the gym PR's seem to come more often this way. My road to 700 was simple. I started using the Cube Method by Brandon Lilly. I went from 585 to 655 in 4 months. I linked up with a group of guys that focused on the Westside method. I trained that way for 12 weeks for a meet in CT. Thats when I hit this 700. I did this all with a tore up elbow (lateral tendon and ligament tears). Im recovering from surgery and have plans to creep on the heals of the 804 world record deadlift in my federation. My recovery is going well and look to start pulling next week. Nothing crazy just getting back at a slow pace. I might do a week by week log on my training. As soon as I pull some cash together I will add my gear into the log as well.

    Training started!!!! It's been 10 weeks out from surgery and jumped in on my first bench session yesterday with the crew. I went RAW and took it easy. Worked up to 295x2 not a huge number but happy considering I had my lateral tendon released and ligament repaired with some drilling to the elbow. Today we worked on resistance deadlifts and lockouts. Worked up to a 565x1 with close to 100lbs of band tension and 695x1 free weight on lockouts. Grip strength feels good just some minor pulling in my right bicep.....looks like curls are in need right now. Im not running anything as of now looks like October time frame as long as the injury will continue to heal and work with me. I'll keep a log for those of you that would like to see the progress. My long term goal is a 800 pound pull......."Long Term Goal". Anything over 700 or closing in on 750 would be the bee's knee's! I plan on running Jintani again they helped my achieve the 700 pull and 2 state records for 2014!
