since it's started to warm up recently I've been smashing one of these salads every day. salad, red onions, bacon, chicken breast, pepper, italian seasoning, bell peppers, tiny bit of bleu cheese, and half an avocado. for dressing mix a little bit of garlic coconut oil, MCT oil, and balsamic vinagarette. sooo good. refreshing and healhty. depending on you're nutrition protocol, this might seem high fat for a salad, but it's all healthy fats and i'm keto, so it's perfect.
