Meal 2 /3 /4 140g Chicken 300g sweet potato broccoli, green beans
Pre workout 120g chicken 350g sweet potato
Post 120g chicken 400g white potato ( sweet on non w/o days )
Bed 50g protein 25 almonds
2 litres water thru day

OP instead of weighing the food and just giving that, tell us your goal (more power, less fat, gaining) and then give us an estimate of your lean mass and fat weight or percentage, plus what your expectations are and any crucial information.
