    AMA bro's, need some opinions

    Hey Guys some of you know me, but some of you may not, i am competing in my first NPC show june 7th.
    i decided to drop down to novice middle weight class,

    i wanted you guys to check this video out and give me your honest opinions. Please and thanks ama!

    Damnit boy..i dont know shit about competition. Im just a a gym rat that loves gear, but bro you look good! I got a six pack and a fat pad right below it..lmao. youve got great definition from what i can tell. If i had what you had id show it for damn sure.

    Well this is my opinion and hopefully will help you. You have a great foundation on are well on your way for competing. There are some areas physique wise and posing wise that need a little more work. Your quads look great but you're lacking in your hamstrings. When you hit the side chest pose that jumped out to me. Also remember when posing, it all starts from the ground up no matter what the pose is. Which means when showing the abs or most muscular, you can't forget about your legs. Judges will look at the whole picture. Those are the only 2 things that really stand out to me and both of those are fixable. What class were you thinking about doing?

    yeah my hamstrings lack hard i do notice that, i will make that a big point in my off season, Thanks! for the comments by the way. and yeah im really trying to keep flexing my legs during all posing! definitely a flexable thing lol

    im doing middleweight 154 1/4 lb to 176 1/4 lb i weighed 177.4 this morning
