Not the easiest to adhere to but if your serious you cut some serious BF with this. I've done it and its a great cut. Add some non fat no cal jello powder to the yogurt, add some walden farms 0 cal 0 fat stuff in with this to break it up and your good to go. Thought I post it. Its hard to get a good layed out plan. Tried and proven here. Dont deviate. If you do..recover and keep going. Ive lables the pages for days. Its alot of eating though. Good luck if you try

Also, you can use any fish really. Ive found its the same as trout. No oily fish though where it calls for trout
