just picked up grhp 6 x2 and mod grf-129 x2 from HCP. looking for something to add to a 250 test e cruise. getting all kinds of noise about dosage amounts and schedules. anybody got any tried and true protocol's?
k...here's what i got...100mcg x 3 per day of each. 1 upon waking (which is when i train), mid day, and pre bed. no carbs or fats 30 mins post inj. hi protein/lo fat all day long. any input is always appreciated but i think im good
