Whats up army , need some advice . Im 43 yrs old , 6'1" and 205 . My strength is great and my bodyfat is @ 10% , but I'm trying to put on good mass and cant ever break 208lbs , my appitite sucks. I try a lot at once or a little many times a day , but I'm lucky if I can down 3500 calories . I even did an Eq - test cycle and t didn't help. Is there anything out there I can take to make me hungery . I would love to see 225 one day .
Here's a recipe for you.
100g grassfed butter
3x egg yolks
3x tbsp coconut oil
1x tsp cinnamon
Blend with high quality coffee
Don't add protein powder as the heat from the coffee will denature it, but you can hit a shake say 20min after

Add a bit more cardio weekly and your appetite will likely increase if you eat small meals throughout the day.

Cardio....less dense food sources like Cptn recommended...get labs also..were around the same age and your hormones can get a little more out of whack with age...espc e2....
Maybe switch up your training style...volume gets things going...

Yeah. I experienced a little of that on that cycle. Once i started the tren and mast i dropped my test dose to 250 tren and mast at 600 with some advice from sherk. About 3 weeks after i dropped that test dose i had way more energy..but it couldve been the masteron

I bought a 50lb bag of maltodextrin. Lots of calories in that bag. Pasta before and after workouts. Get one of those $6 carls jrs. They each average about 1000 calories. Just skip the french fries. I hate to say it but. I think you are going to have to introduce a little dirty bulking technique here or there. More fat with your protein meals. I drink olive oil. More carbs with your carb meals. Just try not to go heavy on carbs and fat together.

3500 cals usually means 200lbs, give or take... so you're about where u should be m'thinks.
Ghrp6 is great. Also look into Controlled Labs Black Hole. Its non psychoactive cannabanoid. Course the real stuff could be cheaper...
