Whats up army , need some advice . Im 43 yrs old , 6'1" and 205 . My strength is great and my bodyfat is @ 10% , but I'm trying to put on good mass and cant ever break 208lbs , my appitite sucks. I try a lot at once or a little many times a day , but I'm lucky if I can down 3500 calories . I even did an Eq - test cycle and t didn't help. Is there anything out there I can take to make me hungery . I would love to see 225 one day .
