When you start seeing noticeable lines running towards your pelvis.
So after 9 months of training, I Now have started to notice some really nice lines forming. The ones in the front that run down from your mid section to your pelvis like a V. I look in the mirror and from the side I also see some nice lines. Anyway, I haven't measured my body fat % but it must be getting pretty low if I can see this.
What about you guys? Do you remember when you first started getting these?
