    Doing a log on Ironmaglabs Msten. It's unsponsored but after running it last yr and loving it so much that I came off trt during the run I felt that good. I'm looking to keep my strength and get lean gains. Plan on running the 2 caps daily one morning then early evening. Hoping this is the same as the first one or as least as good bc it had a different look. I have never had any bad things with Ironmag products as they always deliver!

    Thanks guys. I look forward to it after running it last year. Do you know if it's the same formula as the red pills were by chance? Tomorrow will be at gym for lifts and catdio. Today was off day spent 6 damn hours in the sun at son's baseball tornament in about 90 degree 100 percent humidity lol BAMA SUCKS!

    Happy Fathers day to any of my bro's in here that are papas! Today went to gym after spending some time with baby Evan while the oldest spent the night with my brother. I hit gym up and had a wicked shoulder day thanks to my friend getting my lazy ass to try something new. No joke this about killed me and almost didn't think i could workout afterwards lol.

    Shoulders:

    Ok this was down by doing 5 complete sets without stopping only with a short rest after third set to grab a drink of water. We started with first set seated military front press quickly to standing straight bar uprights straight to push ups and repeated 5 times

    Front military barbell presses: 55 lbs x 8,8,8,8,8

    straight bar upright rows: 55 lbs x 8,8,8,8,8

    push ups x 8,8,8,8,8

    freaking crazy pumps

    seated db raises: 40 lbs x 10,10,10

    standing side db raises: 10 lbs x 12,12,12

    lat machine pulldowns: 135 lbs x 10,10,10

    Today hit up 1 mile at track during lunch. It's hitting in the low 90's in bame with close to 90 plus percent humidity. Then after work went to gym and did 2 more miles on treadmill then some sauna. Going to sleep gooood tonight lol.

    Yeah bro I been lifting for so long and trying to cut but keep strength for slacking. I do lift just had some days where I knew I could get some cardio in. Today hit up Chest. Felt good and was feeling extremely pump.

    Chest:

    Incline barbell press: 135 lbs x 10,, 185 lbs x 8, 205 lbs 6, 245 x 5, 275 x 3

    flat db presses: 80 lbs x 6,6,6

    cable flyes: 60 lbs x 10,10,10

    incline machine press: 185 lbs x 12,12,12,12

    Today hit gym for tricep day. Afterwards hit track up with sauna jacket for a mile run. Hot as fuk. Starting to feel the pumps and my friggin arms are exploding.

    Triceps:

    Rope press downs: 90 lbs x 12,12,12,12

    Very long week so grateful the weekends here. Had to be in at 6 am and be in gas mask n suit. I made it to gym later tonight with my lil brother to hit up chest and cardio with sauna.

    Cardio 20 minutes treadmill lil over 1 mile with 15 minutes sauna

    Chest:

    flat db bench presses: 75 lbs x 8,8,8

    cable flyes: 60 lbs x 10,10,10

    incline barbell presses: 185 lbs x 8, 205 lbs x 6 245 lbs x 4, 295 lbs x 2

    incline machine press: 180 lbs x 12,12,12
