Ive donated blood twice this year, technically your not supposed to donate if you've taken steroids, but the reason is they think you might have shared needles and caught something. The first time I donated I was scared, took two tries to get my bp down it was so jacked up from thick blood. The hemocrit test just read "HHH" for high. I don't even take half of what somepeople seem to think is normal dosages. (Ill take like 500mg/week test, 300 tren 300 eq AT THE MOST, or something similar, normally much less.) My blood does not thin out as fast as I hoped, but also took like two years to get too thick. I noticed a yearly check up it was at the top of the RBC range and hemocrit range, then a few months later I got paranoid and donated, my face was always flushed and I was panicking knowing I could have a stroke. Second time two months later was near top of the range. Now I took a little break because It doesn't get thick as fast as it goes down at donating for me. You can buy a home hemocrit tester for a couple hundred bucks maybe less, I plan on getting one when I can. If not just donate every few months.
