    lower back pump! wtf

    brothers give me your advice lol!

    deadlifts, squats, lunges and leg press gives me the most brutal lower back pump so fucking bad i damn near cant continue to work out.. im no bitch, so i know this pain is pretty intense! am i the only one who gets this or what lol... any ideas on how to fix lower back pump????

    Take 3-5g of taurine a day. If the pump is still there up it to 10g split daily. Make sure your water intake is at the very least 1gal or more. What compounds are you running? This could further help.

    You might want to lay off the preworkout supplement while on AAS as well. Whatever you are on....anadrol, superdrol, whatever.

    And water water water. Increase your intake of h2o along with the taurine and throw in some vit B6 as well. Its usu an issue of pressure in the kidneys that cause the kind of discomfort your describing.
