Dannie's Weight Loss Log - with help of Roid+ Cut Stack

    Dramatic Intro:
I have been blasting and crusing for 5 months now. Currently on 250mg Test E, 100mg Deca E6D and 3.33IU HGH ED, this cycle is my last blast before a long overdue PCT.
The plan is to get lean so if there is any rebound I will still look half decent in holiday pictures.

    Diet
18h fast, 6 hours feeding period.
10g of L-glutamine and BCAA pre workout hardly breaks a fast hence it is indicated Meal 0.
I carb up before Strongman and Powerlifting sessions hence the fast is reduced to around 16 hours on those days.

    Training
DogCrapp (DC) trainingand Strongman/ Powerlifting (SP) with cardio in between

    Drugs:
Var and more Cut Stack is in the post.

    Week 1 290mg Test E, 115mg Deca, 735mg Cut Stack (245mg Test P, Tren A, Mast D)
    Week 2 290mg Test E, 115mg Deca, 735mg Cut Stack, 30mg Anavar ED
    Week 3 1050mg Cut Stack (350mg Test P, Tren A, Mast D), 45mg Anavar ED
Week 4 1050mg Cut Stack, 60mg Anavar ED
    Week 5 80-120mg Anavar ED

    Week 2 50mcg T3
    Week 3 75mcg T3

    HGH
    3.33IU on empty stomach

    Pictures:

    Stats:
    Height: 6ft
    Weight: 210lbs
    BF: 15% or so

    Lifts:
    Bench Press: 305 lbs
    Deadlift: 520 lbs
Current 1RMs aren’t that impressive, but I am happy with them, both were set during recent cruise.
I only started PL about 5 months ago with just 2 sessions dedicated to it each month. I enjoy PL workouts more than BB split, hence I increased the frequency of the PL workouts during this blast.

    I like you're fasting protocol.

With that amount of carbs how are you managing the cravings?

Also how do you react to that test:tren ratio?

Thank you, you are the 1st person to say that. There is always room for improvements!

Its my modified version of carb back loading. Worked well in the past.
There won't be any cravings, I will get all my carbs at night. I will probably finish off my dinner with a smoothie or ice cream to get enough kcal in such a short period of time.

Also how do you react to that test:tren ratio?
I have run Rip Blend/ Cut Stack before with good results. I also run more Tren than Test, results were better but it really affected me mentally.
    Update 1:
Slept for 12 hours last night (been averaging 5h due to work)
Today was my high carb, high calorie day as diet been extremely poor over last week (oats and coffee and frozen meals)

Meal 1, 2am 100g of oats, small protein shake (500kcal) - woke up starving, only had 2000kcal the day before, so demolished them oats in just over a minute.
Meal 2, 8am 100g of oats, banana smoothie with some protein powder, more oats and sugar (1200kcal)
    Meal 3, 11am Big Mac meal (1000kcal)

Workout -1st gym session in over a week
New personal best on power push press. 235lbs overhead, lifted from the ground. Then some bench press in hope for another personal best which did not happen. Done some chain work instead.

Meal 4, 4pm Protein shake, oats, Special K bars, Toasts (800kcal)
    Meal 5, 6pm Beef Chow Mein and 7up (1200kcal)
Meal 6, 9pm Small chicken breast, homemade potatoe wedges (700kcal)
I am going to have a protein shake with peanut butter before bed.
Total calories intake is gonna be be around 5400.

I do have a high metabolism, hence I am about to start a cut on 3000kcal/day. I would be a mass monster if I could grow off 4000kcal like some people do.

I'm interested in your modified carb backloading, do something similar. Got time to outline it in detail?

The Renegade Diet by Jason Ferruggia
    Carb Back-Loading by John Kiefer
    Lean-Gains by Martin Berkhan

After reading and trying each of the diets mentioned above I came up with this plan to suit my needs.
There isn't much more to it, other than than what I outlined in the 1st post. As for meal plan you will have to wait till tomorrow that's when the diet starts!

    Update 2:
Another high calorie day - Estimated total is going to be 4200kcal today. Fasting and dieting starts tomorrow!

    Meal 1, 9 am 100g Oats (580kcal)
Meal 2, 11 am 2 double cheeseburgers from McD, apple and a diet coke (1020kcal)

    Leg Workout
It meant to be a quick 30 minutes session, 1 exercise, 1 working set for each muscle group.
I have improved both on Leg Curls and Hack Squats however I was very weak on Hack Squat Machine Calf Raises.
Therefore I decided to punish my calves with a total of 12 working sets, with drop sets and a lot of time under tension, and 10 minutes of stretching at the end of the workout.
The session turned out to be 3 times longer than expected.

    Meal 3, 4pm 20g Protein Powder, 30g Gainer, 20g sugar, 2 special K bars (420kcal)

Taking my girlfriend out tonight. Either stakehouse or mexican so at least 1500kcal meal. Protein Shake with PB or almonds before bed.

5 weeks should be more than enough to achieve my goal.

I wish my metabolism would be a little slower. Bulking would be a much more pleasant experience.

    Update 3:
    1st day of diet.
Fast was cut short to 17 hours due to other commitments. Also I did not have enough time to prepare my 2nd keto meal, so I just had protein shake and a lot of carbs. Hence 1 keto meal and 2 carb meals.
    Meal 0, 10am 5g BCAA, 5g L-Glutamine

    Quick shoulder and triceps workout
Shoulder press, same amount of reps but 1lbs more on the bar. Then a lot high rep triceps exercises with enhanced negative movement.

    Meal 1, 5pm Quiche, Double cream (30g P, 4g C, 90g F - 960kcal)
    Meal 2, 8pm Protein Shake, Cup Cakes, Toasts, Oats (60g P, 180g C, 50g F -1530)

Meal 3 is probably going to be fish, mashed potatoes and veges, around 500 kcal. Making it a total of 2990kcal.

It is delicious. Perfect for keto meals!

    Update 5:
Slimmed down, looking flat. I have had one of the worsts workouts yesterday.

    Meal 1, 9 am - Kung Pu Chicken with egg fried rice (30P, 80C, 15F - 630kcal)
Preworkout with 5g of L-glutamine and 5g of BCAAs

Deadlift and Atlas Stones session - the worst workout this year
I was weak and lacking straighten, warmed up and and deadlifted 460 lbs, I tried 500 but I only lifted it an inch off the ground. Took the weights off to make it 480 but couldn't lift it, then down to 470, could not lift it. I was out of breath and needed to take 4-5 min of rest between each attempt, normally 3 is enough for me. After 3 failed attempts I decided to remove plates down to 370 and do it for reps.
Just 2 weeks ago I set a new personal best of 520 lbs, now I am back to 460 - that's where I started 6 months ago when I first started doing deadlifts!
Atlas Stones on 4ft 6 stands, warm up 150 lbs for 6 reps, then drop set onto 120 and another 6 reps. Gave it all I got. If I was to try to do one more I would probably have fainted.
That's supposed to the end of my workout. However I was not satisfied with my deadlift performance, hence I decided to blast my biceps.
Around 16 sets of various DB Curls, each of 16-30 reps (on each arm) with enhanced negative movement, a lot of rest paused sets, drop sets and forced negatives at the end.

    Meal 2, 2 pm - Whey Protein Shake, Oatmeal, Milk Choc covered Raisins (50P, 160C, 20F - 1120 kcal)
    Meal 3, 5 pm - Sweat and Sour Chicken with Brown Rice (50P, 100C, 10 F -760kcal)
    Meal 4, 8 pm - Chicken Drumsticks and Almonds (40P, 40F - 540kcal)

Total Caloric Intake - 3050 kcal

Taking 2 days off not to recover

    Leg Workout
Hip Belt Squats -Can't comment on strength gain / loss as I am new to this exercise.
Stiff Leg Deadlift 190 lbs x 16 reps, rest paused 9 reps - Actually gained strength, 1 more rep than last time.
Standing Barbell Calf Raise - Can't comment on strength gain / loss as I am new to this exercise.

    Meal 3, 5pm - Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Juice (50P, 100C, 20F -850 kcal)
    Meal 4, 7pm - Protein Shake, Toasts with Honey (40P, 120C, 20P - 900kcal)

    Meal 1, 2pm Eggs and Mayo (40P, 5C, 40F - 560kcal)
    Meal 2, 4pm Quiche (20P, 5C, 60F - 650kcal)
    Meal 3, 7pm Protein Shake, Nuttela on wholemeal bread, Cheese Cake (40P, 120C, 20F - 900kcal)
Meal 4, 10pm Chicken with Egg Fried Rice and beer while watching the world cup (40P, 100C, 20F - 810kcal)
    Total: 2920kcal

10 days into my cycle. Roid+ Cut Stack is very smooth, just like the rest of Roid+ line. Pinned shoulders, glutes and quads and haven't had a PIP yet.
I started getting night sweats 7 days into the cycle. Its getting progressively worse, I hope its not going to get to the point where I have to change my bed sheets at night.

I actually expected worse after all the horror stories so far very manageable aside from my temper that is already bad but this makes it so much worse. I did stop traffic the other day at a very busy intersection and tried to get a guy out of his car for honking and being a complete ass to my wife(I was the passenger). Thats about the time something goes off in you head and you realize thats what everyone was talking about with tren lol. The worst part for me is the PIP after 4wks from pinning so much I really have to rotate sites didn't happen at first but now it seems like each site takes 2-3 days before I can pin again. Keep killing it brother!!! I'm trying to keep up with you I will add a bit more intensity to my cardio as we go along.

Hey Dannie, for tren isn't it advisable to run low test and let tren do the job so it won't cause so much sides. How's the aggression? Also I've read taking proviron with tren cycle helps u calm down. Not sure but what do you say?

I am falling miserably, I am on a trip this week, I have access to a very limited gym equipment but no cardio equipment other than a skipping rope. I only been on it once, to be honest I prefer to eat 300 kcal less than spend 30 mins making a fool out of myself. It's been 4 years since I last used a skipping rope.
I will definitely start doing cardio once I get back from the trip.

I don't have much aggression, perhaps its due to reduced calories. However I got really irritated when I found out that my uncle got attacked and robbed the other day, the people threaten to beat up other members of my family if he didn't give them money. I really wished I was there to protect them.

I added some Proviron to my last Tren blast, I went from vascular to 'crazy vascular' as my gf pointed out. I started sleeping better at nights, I also believe Proviron acts as mild antidepressant as almost overnight I started feeling better about myself and had increased sense of well being.

As for High Tren, Low Tren I am currently running Cut Stack which has 50mg Tren A, 50mg, Test P and 50mg Mast P per each ml. But seeing that 4 weeks may be unrealistic time scale to go from skinny fat to ripped I am considering opening a vial of Tren and extending this cycle for a week. Instead of increasing Cut stack dose to 1050 I may keep it at 735mg and add more Tren to it.
I will look at my schedule and see if I can possibly extend the cycle for 1 more week.
    Original plan
    Week 1 290mg Test E, 115mg Deca, 735mg Cut Stack (245mg Test P, Tren A, Mast D)
    Week 2 290mg Test E, 115mg Deca, 735mg Cut Stack, 30mg Anavar ED
    Week 3 1050mg Cut Stack (350mg Test P, Tren A, Mast D), 45mg Anavar ED
Week 4 1050mg Cut Stack, 60mg Anavar ED
    Week 5 80-120mg Anavar ED

    New Idea
    Week 1 290mg Test E, 115mg Deca, 735mg Cut Stack (245mg Test P, Tren A, Mast P)
    Week 2 290mg Test E, 115mg Deca, 735mg Cut Stack, 30mg Anavar ED
    Week 3 735mg Cut Stack (245mg Test P, Tren A, Mast P) 300mg Tren Ace, 40mg Anavar ED
    Week 4 735mg Cut Stack (245mg Test P, Tren A, Mast P) 350mg Tren Ace, 40mg Anavar ED
    Week 5 735mg Cut Stack (245mg Test P, Tren A, Mast P) 350mg Tren Ace, 40mg Anavar ED
    Week 6 80-120mg Anavar ED
