So guys here's the run down

I've done 1-2 cycles 2 years ago.. I was sitting around 235-45 jacked but no pro bb'r physique. I ended up having my old man pass away in November and lifting eating haven't been 100% at all and I blew up to 260 but kept all my base and shoulders arms etc..

I had a physical recently was told I'm good to go and just started a month ago back at the gym running and lifting heavy but not proper diet. My question is when can I or should I hit this test cycle.. Wait a few weeks lifting and dieting or start ASAP and let it build up so in a few weeks It's already in my system
